Dashboard

The ‘dashboard’ is the screen that you are presented with each time you log into the reservie management system. I presents an overview of your business and provides key indicators to enable you to gauge how your business is progressing.

The dashboard can, conceptually be broken into the following core elements:

Availability overviews

The availability overview aims to provide insight on how your events are selling and the space that you have available enabling you to make informed decisions on promotional activity.

The events overview screen allows you to see at a glance upcoming events that scheduled for the next 7 days and provides you with an easy point of navigation to the associated register and editing features.

Class overview

Waiting lists

The waiting lists mechanism enable you to capture details of customers that are interested in a specific class, workshop or event but is unable to attend due to the event being fully booked.

Sales details

The sales overviews enable you to see from a top level how sales are proceeded and allow you to compare with other periods. We currently support the following top-level sales reports:

  • Sales overview - a 7 day view

  • Sales detail

  • Sales overview a 12 month view

The sales overview allows you to see how your sales have progressed over the last 7 days . A typical view, might be as follows

Sales detail

The sales details provides detailed information on purchases that have been processed and the events that have been purchased. A Typical view may look as follows:

Both the customer and event details are provided as links - this allows you to redirect to the customer panel where you can obtain further details of the purchase.

Sales over view - 12 month view

The 12 month overview allows you to compare your business earnings with previous periods. Specifically, the reports are concerned with the cash in, the events sold and the passes purchased in this specific period. A typical overview may look as follows:
