Events are central to how reservie works and are used for represent:

  • Classes

  • Workshops

  • Retreats

  • Courses

Creating an event is quick and straightforward - and typically takes just a few minutes. Once created, your event is ready for sale.

Events creation in detail

The system presents you with an easy to following form that allows you to specify the event. The system breaks this process into a number of logical steps.

Event name

The event name is the name of the class, course, workshop or retreat that you are organising. You are free to choose any name that makes sense for you.

Examples:

  • Gentle Hatha yoga - Tuesdays 7pm - 8pm - with Bob

  • Meditation Retreat in Sussex - May 2020

  • Beginners Pilates class with Sally

Event description

The event description aims to adds context to the event that is being purchased and allows the client to better understand what it is they are buying.

Examples:

  • This gentle accessible class with Bob is aimed to help you relax and unwind. It is suitable for all levels, beginners and experienced alike.

  • Join us in May for this wonderfully restorative event. The retreat will be over 3 days. We offer 3 classes a day and wonderfully home cooked food.

  • A brand new class aimed those completely new to pilates.

Enable waiting list

The waiting list enables you add a waiting list to the event. Should the class become fully booked and the waiting list enabled, prospective clients will be able to add themselves to a waiting list.
