Receiving copies of notifications

Introduction

Notifications are specific message types that are sent to customers when the system detects a specific scenario.

These messages are defined in the notifications section of reserVie and once defined becomes active and will be sent to customer.

reserVie also enables you to send copies of these messages to yourself. We recommend doing this in the initial instance as it enables real time overview purchases, subscriptions and cancellations without having to log into the administration system.

Activating copies

Activation of notifications is quick and simple and simple requires activating the specific message class:

Step 1: Log in to go.reservie.net and navigate to the notification copy section.

In the left hand menu, click Notifications -> Copy Settings

Step 2: Toggle switches

For the message types that you wish to receive a copy of, simply toggle the switch to an ‘on’ position:
